1 Kiss to the sky
Perfect for exercising the lips and for restoring the firmness of the jaw line and
the neck. First, tilt your head back and looking up, give a kiss to the air. Repeat this exercise about 10 times and end up relaxing your face and breathing deeply.
An exercise that will help us smooth out the little wrinkles that form around the mouth. To do this, use your tongue to go around the inside of your lips for three times and then do the same in the opposite direction. Do the exercise 10 times.
With this exercise you will work the muscles of your cheeks, strengthening and lifting them, while improving your circulation. Suck in your cheeks as much as you can and while holding this position tap on them with your hands. Hold this position for 30 seconds and repeat the exercise 10 times.
An exercise to not only exercise the muscles of the face, but also to have fun. It's perfect for firming up your eye muscles and smoothing out expression lines on your forehead. To do this, open your eyes wide, but be careful not to wrinkle your forehead! Hold this position while taking four deep breaths and then close your eyes for 10 seconds. Repeat 10 times.
